Services
All services are delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and are thoughtfully customized to your family’s routines and goals. We offer therapy in a range of settings—your home, your child’s school, or a preferred community location such as a park or library. In some cases, we may begin sessions outside the home to build rapport and support comfort for all involved.
At Lead the Way Behavior Group, we believe in therapy that fits your life, not the other way around. Whether your child is learning to use the potty, struggling with getting dressed, needing help communicating more effectively, increasing skills already in their repertoire, or you're working to reduce challenging behaviors, we’re here to help. No matter the location, we maintain a strong focus on providing individualized therapy to our clients and training caregivers to confidently implement strategies themselves. Our goal is to support lasting, meaningful progress.
Clients
We specialize in working with children ages 2 to 8 and the people who care about them most. That includes not just parents and caregivers, but also teachers, siblings, extended family, and friends, because meaningful change happens when everyone around the child is supported and involved.

What began as a passion project rooted in our early days as behavior technicians has grown into something deeply personal and impactful. While our roles have evolved into Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), we’ve never lost our love for working directly with children and families.
That’s why, unlike traditional models, our clients work directly with us, not technicians. We believe the most meaningful outcomes happen when highly trained professionals are hands-on and fully present. It’s this personal, relationship-centered approach that sets us apart and it’s why we’re so proud of the work we do.
